Account help
About the RSI account-help resource
Maintained by Domux. Editorial approach and referral disclosure
A narrow account-help resource maintained by Domux, with clear limits on what public instructions can establish.
Why this site exists
I maintain this resource to help readers complete registration and distinguish a referral issue from login, access or currency confusion. I am Domux; my public RSI profile records enlistment on 3 January 2016. It is a player profile, not a support-agent credential.
What the checks establish
A documented signup-field observation establishes what was visible in that form at that time. It does not certify a completed order or a credited balance. The decision helper follows public account rules and runs locally; it cannot inspect your private account.
Where the main publication lives
Starcitizenreferrals.com is our main pilot handbook. This account resource has a narrower job and does not republish its ship and gameplay library. The three domains are maintained by the same owner, not competing independent reviewers.
How I benefit
I own the displayed referral code and may receive recruiter rewards when referred accounts meet RSI’s conditions. Any valid player code can provide the ordinary new-account reward. Cloud Imperium Games and RSI neither operate nor endorse this website.
Corrections
Writing and maintenance use AI assistance. I do not claim tests or personal experiences that are not documented. Send a page URL, the account issue and an official source through my public RSI profile; send private account information only to RSI support.
The account help desk is one of Domux’s resources alongside starcitizencoupon.app and the main starcitizenreferrals.com publication. They are independent of RSI and Cloud Imperium Games and share ownership. Visit our RSI organization page for an overview of these independent Star Citizen resources and our project principles. The main publication’s About page explains the broader handbook.
For the steps beyond registration, read Domux’s Getting Started Guide on RSI: account setup, game access, installation and preparing your first session. It is an independent player resource; membership and use of a referral code are optional.
Check the account rules at the source
RSI registration and referral policy explains association, timing and recruiter qualification. RSI’s balance definitions explain why alpha credits can differ. Domux can earn recruiter benefits; this help applies to any valid player code.
